John C. Dickinson, Managing Director (Richmond)
Mr. Dickinson joined Harris Williams & Co. in 1994, and in 1998 launched the firm's Cobblestone | Harris Williams specialty group. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Dickinson was a Corporate Operations Manager for Circuit City Stores, Inc., a specialty retailer of home electronics; a Division Controller for Cummins Engine Company, the world’s largest independent manufacturer of diesel engines; and a software engineer in the defense industry. Mr. Dickinson is a former partner in Document Warehouse, LLC, a full-service records management company that was sold to Iron Mountain Records Management (NYSE) in early 2001. Mr. Dickinson earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Business School of the University of Virginia and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.

Patrick E. Hanraty, Managing Director (Philadelphia)
Mr. Hanraty has over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Hanraty worked with an economic development organization; an independent full service investment firm; and a Philadelphia-based middle market private equity firm. He was one of the founders of a commercial mortgage securitization firm, and has actively served the Philadelphia and Mid-Atlantic business communities through various speaking and leadership positions. He has also served on the national board for the Association for Corporate Growth, and served as the co-chair for the 2003 and 2004 Association for Corporate Growth M&A East Conferences, an M&A and growth conference which is co-hosted by Wharton Private Equity Network and The Deal. Mr. Hanraty earned a B.A. from Yale University. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two children.

David L. Hegeman, Managing Director (Cleveland)
Mr. Hegeman has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor and investment banker. He specializes in developing and executing transaction strategies for public and private companies including divestitures, acquisitions, capital raising, and restructurings and has personally led over 60 transactions with an aggregate value of over $3 billion. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Hegeman was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Industrial Group with National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group and was also a Partner and Managing Director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Mr. Hegeman has developed a particular emphasis on private company sales and corporate carve outs, working with companies in the industrial products, plastics, chemicals, consumer products, and metalworking industries. Mr. Hegeman is also a Director of RJF International, a manufacturer of engineered polymer products. He earned a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He lives outside of Cleveland with his wife and four children.

Harold J. Williams III, Managing Director (Richmond)
Mr. Williams has over 20 years of transactional experience that spans investment banking, leveraged finance, and corporate financial management. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Williams was a founder of Custer Williams and Company and Riverside Capital LLC, investment banks specializing in lower middle market transactions. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of HALIS, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare technology and services company, where he integrated several acquisitions and managed two divestitures. Mr. Williams also spent seven years with Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Group, providing cash flow predicated senior and mezzanine debt, worked for the International Treasury Department of RJR Nabisco, Inc. structuring offshore debt and equity financings for the company's international subsidiaries, and oversaw SunTrust Bank's West Coast originations and portfolio management activities. Mr. Williams earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. in International Finance from Georgia State University. He also holds the Accredited Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts ("NACVA"). Mr. Williams lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.

Jeremy P. Eberlein, Director (Cleveland)
Mr. Eberlein has over 10 years of investment banking experience assisting publicly-traded and private companies with the completion of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and private placements. During his investment banking career, he has advised companies across many industries with particular concentration on metals, in addition to manufacturing, retail, and business services. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Eberlein worked as a Director at National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group, as Vice President with Resilience Capital Partners executing transactions both as an advisor and as principal investor, in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Groups at McDonald Investments, and as a commercial banker at KeyCorp. Mr. Eberlein received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, cum laude, from Ohio University. He lives in Cleveland with his wife and four children.

Jonathan L. Ives, Director (Cleveland)
Mr. Ives has over 12 years of corporate finance experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, public equity and debt offerings, and private placements. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Ives was Head of the Business Services Group with National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group. Prior to National City, he worked at a number of investment banking and financial advisory firms including Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte & Touche, and Merrill Lynch, where he successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Ives has experience working with companies in several industry sectors within business services, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing. Mr. Ives earned an M.B.A. with Highest Distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. In addition, he graduated magna cum laude with B.B.A in Finance and B.A. in Spanish from Eastern Michigan University, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mr. Ives lives in Cleveland with his wife and two children.

David Allebach, Vice President (Philadelphia)
Mr. Allebach re-joined Cobblestone | Harris Williams following the completion of an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to business school, Mr. Allebach worked for five years as an Analyst and Associate with Cobblestone | Harris Williams on mergers and acquisitions transactions in a broad range of industries. Previous experience includes work as an Associate with Prairie Capital, a private equity group in Chicago, and in Financial and Strategic Planning at Washington Mutual, Inc. in Seattle. Nathan R. Bouknight, Vice President (Philadelphia)
Mr. Bouknight joined Cobblestone | Harris Williams after the completion of an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bouknight earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with Highest Honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Matthew J. Mueller, Vice President (Cleveland)
Mr. Mueller has significant experience executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other advisory engagements. His experience spans a variety of industries, with particular emphasis in the automotive, chemical, engineered product, metalworking, and motion control industries. Prior to joining Cobblestone | Harris Williams, Mr. Mueller was a Vice President in the Industrial Group of the National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group. Wayne A. Twardokus, Vice President (Cleveland)
Mr. Twardokus has over 8 years of mergers and acquisitions transaction experience assisting closely held, public, and private equity-backed companies. Throughout his investment banking career, Mr. Twardokus has advised companies in a broad range of industries including distribution, building products, construction materials, general industrial, and business services. Previously, Mr. Twardokus was a Vice President in the Industrial Group of the National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group. His prior professional experience also includes Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. Mr. Twardokus earned an M.B.A. from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the State University of New York. He lives in Cleveland with his wife and son.

Karl M. Kirkeby, Associate (Richmond)
Mr. Kirkeby joined Harris Williams & Co. following the completion of an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
