Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces the sale of EAM Corporation (EAM), one of the world’s premier developers and manufacturers of high quality absorbent core solutions to strategic buyer Domtar Corporation (Domtar; NYSE & TSX: UFS). EAM was a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries (Kinderhook). Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to EAM. The transaction was led by Derek Lewis, Darwin Olympia and Marshall Croft from the firm’s Richmond office.
