The transaction was led by Jeff Bistrong, Mike Wilkins, Tyler Dewing, Priyanka Naithani, Andy Leed, Brooks Hopple and Scott Reinig of Harris Williams & Co.’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.
