Mr. Lautemann is a vice president in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams & Co. He has advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions across a range of Industrials sectors, including advanced manufacturing, chemicals, packaging, building products, and metals, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Lautemann worked in the Corporate Strategy Group at Charles Schwab and was a corporate banker with the Royal Bank of Canada.
Mr. Lautemann joined Harris Williams & Co. after the completion of an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also earned a B.S.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was elected into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors. He lives in Richmond with his wife and son.
