Christopher Burnham


Mr. Burnham is a director in the Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group at Harris Williams & Co.  Mr. Burnham has advised clients on M&A and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors within Energy, Power & Infrastructure, including architecture, engineering and construction, industrial and environmental services, utility services, energy efficiency, and providers of oilfield equipment and services.

Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Burnham worked in mergers & acquisitions at FMI Capital Advisors, an engineering and construction focused investment bank. He earned an MSc. Finance with Distinction from Lancaster University Management School (U.K.) and a B.S. from East Carolina University. Previous experience includes work as a senior equity research associate at FBR Capital Markets and as an associate in the Corporate Banking Group at BB&T. Mr. Burnham is a member of the CFA Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Mr. Burnham lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
