Mr. Olympia has advised a diverse group of publicly traded and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across a wide range of industries including business services, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Olympia was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at FBR Capital Markets & Co. Mr. Olympia's prior experience also includes work at A.T. Kearney and Arthur Andersen LLP. 

Mr. Olympia earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Mr. Olympia lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
