Mr. Swaim is a Director in Harris Williams & Co.’s Technology, Media, and Telecom Group and leads the firm’s efforts in the financial technology sector.  Mr. Swaim joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2004 and has advised middle market companies involved in mergers and acquisitions for more than 14 years. During his career, Mr. Swaim has developed experience in numerous industries, including technology, financial services, business services, and advanced manufacturing.  Mr. Swaim’s technology experience includes advising software, SaaS, and IT services companies across multiple industry verticals such as financial, healthcare, communications, and energy.  

Mr. Swaim earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.  Previous experience includes mergers and acquisitions advisory work at Broadview International, LLC; Goldman Sachs & Co.; and Berkshire Capital Corporation.   Mr. Swaim was past director of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).  He lives in Boston with his wife and three children.
