Mr. Arevian is a Director in Harris Williams & Co.’s Technology, Media, and Telecom Group.  Mr. Arevian joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2007 and has more than 10 years of middle market investment banking experience focused on technology companies. He has advised on numerous advisory and capital raising assignments including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Arevian was a Vice President in the Technology Group at Adams Harkness. His technology experience includes working with companies in the application software, business services, communications technology, digital media, and infrastructure software industries.

Previous experience includes work at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey; Fidelity Investments; and Putnam Investments. Mr. Arevian earned an M.B.A. from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics and Government from Colby College. Mr. Arevian lives in metropolitan Boston with his wife and three sons.
