Mr. Thomas is a vice president in Harris Williams & Co.’s Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He has advised clients on merger and acquisition and corporate advisory assignments across the energy and power value chain, including infrastructure services, testing, inspection & certification (TIC), integrity management, utility services, oilfield services and equipment, and engineering and construction. He also has experience in business services and plastics and packaging. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Thomas worked for JP Morgan and General Electric.
Mr. Thomas earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
