Mr. Fu is a vice president in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group at Harris Williams & Co. Mr. Fu has focused his investment banking career on M&A, with experience advising public, sponsor-backed, and closely held clients in a number of industries. Since joining the firm, Mr. Fu has advised on M&A transactions across a number of healthcare sectors, including multi-site healthcare providers, alternate site care, outsourced clinical services, pharmacy services, and healthcare information technology.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Fu worked as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a summer associate with J.P. Morgan Chase, both in New York City. Previous experience also includes various roles focused on strategy and business analytics at GlaxoSmithKline. Mr. Fu earned an M.B.A., with concentrations in Finance and Health sector Management, from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
