Mr. Hernandez has more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience, advising public and private companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. During his career, Mr. Hernandez has advised a wide range of manufacturing and service businesses across a variety of markets with a primary concentration on the industrial technology sector. Key focus areas have included test and measurement, flow control, robotics, and process automation, as well as test services. Mr. Hernandez also advised companies across numerous industries including advanced manufacturing, building products, business services, consumer products, healthcare, and paper and packaging. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Hernandez worked in the debt capital markets group at Fleet Capital Corporation and within the audit and transaction services groups at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Mr. Hernandez earned an M.B.A. from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Hernandez lives in Boston with his wife and two children.
