Mr. Eberlein leads Harris Williams & Co.’s Metals industry practice. Over his past 12 years as an investment banker, Mr. Eberlein has advised clients on a variety of merger and acquisition and strategic advisory assignments, as well as restructurings, and has advised a diverse range of businesses across the metals industry. Key focus areas have included open and closed die forgers, iron foundries, copper processors, metal merchants, service centers, and steel processors. Mr. Eberlein also has a broad range of experience across industrial manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, aerospace and defense, business services, and retail.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Eberlein worked as a Director at National City Capital Markets Investment Banking Group, as Vice President with Resilience Capital Partners executing transactions both as an advisor and as principal investor, in the Restructuring Group at McDonald Investments, and as a commercial banker at KeyCorp.
Mr. Eberlein received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, cum laude, from Ohio University. He lives in Cleveland with his wife and four children.
