Mr. Klim has advised clients on M&A and capital raising transactions across a variety of industries, including traditional media, direct marketing, consumer retail, specialty distribution, energy services, and agri-foods.  Mr. Klim has worked in various positions in the investment banking and financial services industry over the past 12 years. 

Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Klim was an Equity Analyst at Credit Suisse covering the media industry, including newspapers and publishing, broadcasting, and out-of-home advertising.  Prior to that, Mr. Klim worked in the Middle Market Banking Group at SunTrust Bank.  Mr. Klim earned a B.S. in economics from the University of Virginia and is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.  Mr. Klim lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
