Mr. Norrie joined Harris Williams & Co. after having spent nine years with Deutsche Bank in both London and Sydney, where he advised clients on a wide variety of assignments including public and private divestments and acquisitions, public takeover defense, fairness opinions, acquisition debt and equity financing, and strategic advisory assignments.
Mr. Norrie has extensive cross-border experience across Europe and the U.K., the U.S., Russia and Asia-Pacific, and across a wide range of industries such as technology, media, and telecom; energy and power; and industrials, among others. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he spent three years with Ernst & Young.
Mr. Norrie earned a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. Mr. Norrie is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and in Australia. He also serves on the Board of Governors for Copenhagen Primary School, Islington, London.
