Mr. Baltimore joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2001 and founded the firm's Philadelphia office in 2005. Over the past decade, Mr. Baltimore has advised clients on a variety of assignments including acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. During his career he has developed experience in numerous industries including specialty distribution, consumer products, business services, industrial manufacturing, automotive, plastics, and packaging, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., he worked as an investment banker at First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) and in a variety of roles at American Power Conversion, a leading technology company.

Mr. Baltimore joined Harris Williams & Co. following the completion of his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business Society. He earned his B.A. in English from Boston College. Mr. Baltimore lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
