Mr. Budlong is a Director in the Consumer Group at Harris Williams & Co. Mr. Budlong has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions for companies providing products and services to a variety of segments within the consumer industry including branded and enthusiast consumer products, food and beverage, restaurant and retail, and consumer services.  Mr. Budlong has additional advisory experience in the industrial manufacturing, outsourced business services, energy services, and technology industries. 

Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Budlong worked as a Principal in the Investment Banking Group at Cherry Tree. Previous experience also includes work as a Consultant at Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.  Mr. Budlong earned an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Biology from Wartburg College.
