Mr. Dewing is a Vice President in the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecom Group.  Mr. Dewing has advised middle market growth companies on M&A transactions, private placements, and corporate divestitures across diverse industry sectors.

Mr. Dewing joined the firm in 2006 following the completion of his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.  Prior to attending Tuck, Mr. Dewing specialized in executing investment banking transactions for middle market companies as an Associate for BDO Capital Advisors in Boston and as a Financial Analyst for Houlihan Lokey in San Francisco.  Mr. Dewing began his career in BankBoston's technology group in Palo Alto.

In addition to his M.B.A. from Tuck, Mr. Dewing has a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.
