Mr. Alexander joined the firm's Minneapolis office with over 10 years of public and private M&A and related transaction experience encompassing a wide range of industrial and consumer products companies. Mr. Alexander has represented a variety of industry leading global companies including ArvinMeritor, Hallmark, Kao Corporation, OfficeMax, Pentair, Pinnacle Entertainment, Raytheon and the Tata Group. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Alexander was a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers Global Mergers and Acquisition Group. In addition to being a generalist M&A professional, Mr. Alexander was also responsible for leading Lehman's Automotive M&A practice. Before attending business school, Mr. Alexander was an Analyst with Seneca Financial Group where he focused on restructuring and M&A and a Consultant with Oliver, Wyman & Company.
Mr. Alexander earned an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Alexander lives in Minneapolis with his wife.
