Mr. Arendale has advised clients on a variety of assignments, and has worked on acquisition and divestiture transactions across numerous industries including consumer products, building products, industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, paper and packaging, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Arendale worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche's Corporate Strategy and Finance Practice, where he advised clients on a number of M&A, operations, and strategy-related issues.
Mr. Arendale earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University, cum laude. Mr. Arendale lives in Richmond with his wife and two daughters.
