Mr. Arevian has more than 7 years of middle market investment banking experience focused on technology companies. He has advised on numerous advisory and capital raising assignments including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Arevian was a Vice President in the Technology Group at Canaccord Adams, Inc. (formerly Adams Harkness). His technology experience includes working with companies in the business services, communications technology, digital media, enterprise infrastructure, and software segments.
Previous experience includes work at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey, Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments. Mr. Arevian earned an M.B.A. from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics and Government from Colby College. Mr. Arevian lives in metropolitan Boston with his wife and three sons.
