Jeffery M. Bistrong

Mr. Bistrong founded and co-heads the firm’s Technology, Telecom & Digital Media group and has had a 23-year banking career at Harris Williams & Co., Robertson Stephens, Tucker Anthony, and BancBoston Securities. Relevant experience includes leading M&A advisory assignments for software, SaaS, IT services, digital media, telecommunications, semiconductor, and technology hardware companies, and in verticals including healthcare IT, financial technology, energy & power, and transportation & logistics. Mr. Bistrong has extensive cross-border transaction experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bistrong established the automotive industry specialization at Bank of Boston, where he was the OEM relationship manager and global automotive industry portfolio manager. He earned Joint M.B.A./ M.A. Asian Studies degrees from the University of Michigan and a B.A. degree with distinction in Government from Colby College.

Mr. Bistrong sits on the boards of Northeast Health System, a multi-hospital not-for-profit health system, and Mobile Telecom Network (Holdings) Ltd., a wireless technology company in Hong Kong. He lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA.
