Mr. Bor co-head's the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. During his 12-year career in financial services, he has advised clients on a variety of transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, public financings, and private equity investments. His industry experience includes logistics, automotive aftermarket, business services, and consumer and industrial products. Mr. Bor also works closely with HW&Co.'s cross-border initiatives. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Bor was based in London, where he managed the firm's cross-border deal activities.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Bor worked for Lehman Brothers in New York City. Previous experience also includes work for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tokyo and New York City investigating financial fraud in the commodities markets. Mr. Bor earned an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, and received a B.S., cum laude, in Finance from Lehigh University. Mr. Bor lives in Richmond with his wife and three sons.
