Mr. Bor is a Vice President in the firm's Transportation & Logistics group at Harris Williams & Co. Most recently, Mr. Bor was based in London on long-term secondment to Close Brothers, Harris Williams & Co.'s European partner, where he managed the firm's cross-border deal activities. During his 10 year career in financial services, he has advised clients on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, public financings, and private equity investments. His industry experience includes logistics, business services, consumer and industrial products, healthcare, technology, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Bor worked in the Global Technology Group at Lehman Brothers, Inc. in New York City. Previous experience also includes working as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Tokyo and New York City investigating financial fraud in the commodities markets. Mr. Bor earned an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, and received a B.S., cum laude, in Finance from Lehigh University.
