Jeffrey S. Cleveland

Mr. Cleveland has over 10 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience and has advised clients on a variety of merger and acquisition, strategic advisory, and corporate financings engagements. His investment banking experience includes work with companies in the food and beverage, consumer products, technology, distribution, business services, building products, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Cleveland worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Group of Piper Jaffray & Co. Previous experience also includes work in corporate finance and strategy with Deloitte & Touche, Thales Navigation, AristaSoft, and Applied Materials, Inc.
Mr. Cleveland earned an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University. Mr. Cleveland lives in Minneapolis with his wife and two daughters.
