Mr. Hall founded and runs the Transportation & Logistics group at Harris Williams & Co. He has eleven years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions and strategic management consulting engagements, spanning acquisitions, divestitures, going private transactions, and restructuring assignments. Mr. Hall and his group have advised a diverse range of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses in the transportation and logistics industries. Key niche focus areas have included third party logistics (3PL), FBOs/ air services, and the automotive and heavy duty aftermarket.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Hall served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. Previous experience includes practicing law for Moore & Van Allen, PLLC in M&A. Mr. Hall earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he graduated with Distinction and edited for the Stanford Law Review, and received a B.A. in Biology and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with highest Distinction. Mr. Hall lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
