During his 10 year career in financial services, Mr. Herr has performed merger and acquisition, private placement, valuation, recapitalization, and strategic advisory services for middle market clients in various industries, including business services, consumer products, healthcare services, industrial manufacturing, building products, and technology. Previous experience includes work with the investment banking and leverage finance groups within the Royal Bank of Canada.
Mr. Herr earned an M.B.A. from The Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University, and a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Economics from North Carolina State University. He has also earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Herr lives in Richmond with his wife and son.
