Mr. Keys has worked on sell side mergers and acquisitions assignments for home health, laboratory, healthcare business process outsourcing, and healthcare IT companies. Additional transaction experience includes initial and follow-on public equity offerings in the healthcare IT, behavioral health and rehabilitation services, and pharmacy benefit management sectors. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Keys worked as an associate in the Health Care Group of Piper Jaffray & Co. Previous experience includes work as a Summer Associate with Linden LLC and as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for Aberdeen America Inc.
Mr. Keys earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Keys is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He lives in Richmond with his wife and daughter.
