Mr. Lewis has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries including retail, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and software. From 2002 through 2004 Mr. Lewis was on secondment in London at Close Brothers, Harris Williams’ strategic alliance partner in Europe. In this role he helped to facilitate the strategic alliance between the firms, worked on cross-border transactions, and marketed the alliance to private equity firms and corporations.
Mr. Lewis joined Harris Williams & Co. following the completion of an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Lewis earned an A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College. Previous experience includes work as an Associate at Carlisle, Fagan, Gaskins & Wise, Inc. Mr. Lewis lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
