Mr. Lucas joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2002 and is a member of the firm's Energy & Power Group. During his 10-year career in financial services, he has advised clients in a variety of M&A and capital-raising transactions across a broad range of industries including energy and power, environmental, general industrial, transportation, consumer, construction materials, and aerospace and defense. Mr. Lucas' previous experience includes work as an Associate with Graham Partners, a private equity group in Philadelphia, and as an Investment Banking Analyst with both J.P. Morgan and Robinson Humphrey.
Mr. Lucas earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Mr. Lucas lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
