Ms. Majmudar has advised both private and public companies in merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions in a variety of industries including advanced manufacturing, consumer products, technology, healthcare, energy, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Ms. Majmudar worked as a Senior Associate at Devon Value Advisers. Previous experience includes work as an Engineering Consultant for Hazen & Sawyer Environmental Engineers and an Associate for Deloitte Consulting.
Ms. Majmudar received an M.B.A. with Honors from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University, where she earned the John Harvard Honorary Scholarship.
