Mr. McNulty has spent the past 10 years advising middle market companies on merger and acquisition and capital raising initiatives. He has experience in a number of industries including building products, healthcare, business services, paper and packaging, industrial manufacturing, and consumer products. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. McNulty was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Additional experience includes operations and consulting roles with Lockheed Martin IMS.
Mr. McNulty earned an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Mr. McNulty lives in Richmond with his wife and daughter.
