After more than 13 years of transaction execution in a variety of industries, Ms. Moore became Harris Williams & Co.'s Chief Operating Officer in 2001. In this role, she is responsible for the firm's operations, financial functions, and personnel. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Ms. Moore was with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.
Ms. Moore earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Moore also holds an M.A. in English Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University. Current and former board positions include Board of The Cross Company, Board of Governors of The St. Christopher's School, Board of Directors of Greater Richmond Stop Child Abuse Now, and President of The St. Christopher's School Foundation. Ms. Moore lives in Richmond with her husband and two children.
