Mr. Morin joined Harris Williams & Co. with nine years of investment banking experience focused mainly on the technology industry. He has worked on numerous advisory and capital-raising assignments including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, board advisory, and restructurings. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Morin was a Vice President in the Corporate Advisory Group at The Blackstone Group. Previous experience also includes work at UBS and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Morin's technology experience includes working with companies such as The Astron Group, Buongiorno, Carpark, Esmertec, Gemalto, Jamba!, KKR, Kudelski Group, Micro Focus, Iris Software, Sage, Schlumberger, Scientific-Atlanta, SeaDragon Offshore, Smartrac, Surfcontrol, Thomson SA, and Travelport.
Mr. Morin earned a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montreal.
