Mr. Reimers has advised clients across a variety of industries including software, IT services, industrial products and services, transportation and logistics, and business process outsourcing. More recently, Mr. Reimers was based in London on long-term secondment to Close Brothers, Harris Williams & Co.'s European partner, where he managed the firm's cross-border deal activities.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co, Mr. Reimers served as a Business Development Manager in the Strategy and Corporate Development group for Hewlett-Packard, where he worked on acquisitions and strategy supporting the Personal Systems Group and the ProCurve Enterprise Networking division. Mr. Reimers began his career in the packaging industry working for Toray Plastics America as a Process Engineer responsible for manufacturing support, process and quality optimization, and new product development.
Mr. Reimers earned an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
