Mr. Reimers currently serves as the firm’s International Secondee in London facilitating cross-border M&A activity. Mr. Reimers was previously based in Harris Williams & Co.’s San Francisco office where he advised clients on M&A transactions across a wide range of industries including industrial services and equipment, transportation and logistics, building products, and outsourced business services.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co, Mr. Reimers served as a Business Development Manager in the Strategy and Corporate Development group for Hewlett Packard where he worked on acquisitions and strategy supporting the Personal Systems Group and the ProCurve Enterprise Networking division. Mr. Reimers began his career in the packaging industry working for Toray Plastics America as a Process Engineer responsible for manufacturing support, process and quality optimization, and new product development.
Mr. Reimers earned an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
