Mr. Rogers has advised clients on a variety of mergers and acquisitions assignments and has transactional experience in industries including consumer products, industrial services, healthcare, building products, transportation and logistics, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Rogers worked in the strategy consulting practice at Booz Allen Hamilton and served as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Rogers earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S., with Honors and Distinction, in History from the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Rogers lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
