Mr. Spiller has seven years of experience at Harris Williams & Co. advising clients on M&A transactions across a wide range of industries including technology, energy and power, transportation and logistics, business services, advanced manufacturing, and building products, among others. Mr. Spiller was previously based in Harris Williams & Co.’s London office, and has experience executing transactions across both the U.S. and Europe. Prior experience includes work in the Tax Services Group of Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Spiller earned a B.S. with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Latin from the College of Arts and Sciences.
