Mr. Swaim is a Director in Harris Williams & Co.’s Technology, Telecom, and Digital Media Group. Mr. Swaim joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2004 and has advised middle market companies involved in mergers and acquisitions for more than twelve years. During his career, Mr. Swaim has developed experience in numerous industries, including technology, IT services, business services, and advanced manufacturing.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Swaim worked as an investment banking Associate with Broadview International, LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Swaim earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, where he earned the John Harvard Honorary Scholarship. Mr. Swaim is a Director for the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Swaim lives in Boston with his wife and three children.
