Mr. Swaim has advised middle market companies involved in mergers and acquisitions for more than nine years. During his career, Mr. Swaim has been engaged on transactions in a variety of industries, including advanced manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, consumer products, and business services.
Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Swaim worked as an investment banking Associate with Downer & Company LLC. Mr. Swaim earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, where he earned the John Harvard Honorary Scholarship. Previous experience includes work as an Associate at Broadview International, LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Berkshire Capital Corporation. Mr. Swaim lives in Boston with his wife and two children.
