Mr. Tucker has advised middle market companies involved in either mergers and acquisitions or capital raising transactions for more than 13 years. Mr. Tucker has completed transactions in a variety of industries, including energy and industrial services, consumer products, restaurants, business services, healthcare, and industrial growth, among others. Previous experience includes work in First Union Corporation's (now Wachovia) Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Tucker earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia. He serves on the Board of Trustees for The Valentine Richmond History Center and the Board of Governors for St. Catherine's School. Mr. Tucker lives in Richmond with his wife and four children.
