Douglas S. Yablonski

Mr. Yablonski has over 14 years of experience as a strategic advisor to corporate and financial clients, both as an investment banker and corporate attorney. During his career, he has advised on numerous transactions spanning a wide range of assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, strategic alternatives, leveraged buyouts, and hostile defense.

Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Yablonski was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities LLC in New York, where he focused on M&A in the Global Industrials Group and developed significant experience across a number of industries, including construction materials, building products, paper and forest products, packaging, diversified industrials, metals and mining, business services and aerospace and defense. Prior to Banc of America, Mr. Yablonski was a Vice President in the M&A Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. He began his career as a corporate attorney in the M&A Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Mr. Yablonski earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars.
