June 3, 2009 - Harris Williams & Co. advises Lafarge S.A. in the sale of its Quality Pavement Repair Division to the QUIKRETE Companies, Inc.

Harris Williams & Co. is pleased to announce the sale of Lafarge S.A.'s Quality Pavement Repair ("QPR") division to The QUIKRETE Companies, Inc. Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to Lafarge. The transaction closed on June 3, 2009, and was led by John Neuner, Derek Lewis and Luke Semple.
