Mr. Pierce is a vice president in the Consumer Group at Harris Williams. He has advised public and private companies across a range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions. Mr. Pierce has experience across a variety of sectors within consumer products and services, including household goods, infant and juvenile, enthusiast and lifestyle brands, consumer durables, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, multi-site, consumer-facing healthcare, and education.
Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Pierce was in the M&A group at Barclays. Mr. Pierce earned an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina as well as a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He also obtained a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University. Mr. Pierce lives in Richmond with his wife and two sons.
