Harris Williams & Co. Advises SoftWriters, Inc. on its Sale to Roper Industries

(SoftWriters), a portfolio company of TA Associates, to Roper Industries, Inc. (Roper, NYSE:ROP). Harris Williams & Co. initiated the transaction and served as exclusive financial advisor to SoftWriters and TA Associates. SoftWriters is a leading provider of operating software and solutions for long-term care (LTC) pharmacies. The transaction was led by Turner Bredrup, Geoff Smith, Bill Kayser and Tyler Bradshaw of Harris Williams & Co.’s Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Group and Sam Hendler of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.
