Harris Williams & Co. Advises Veritext Corporation on its Sale to Pamplona Capital Management, LLC
Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces the sale of Veritext Corporation (Veritext), a provider of deposition and litigation support services, to Pamplona Capital Management, LLC (Pamplona). Harris Williams & Co. served as the financial advisor to Veritext, a portfolio company of Investcorp International, Inc. (Investcorp). The transaction was led by Derek Lewis, John Arendale, John Klim, Mike Williams and Wayne Harrington of Harris Williams & Co.’s Richmond office.
