Harris Williams & Co. Promotes Five Senior Professionals
Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces that it has promoted five senior professionals. Matt White has been promoted to director, and Chris Burnham, Paul Hepper, Andy Hewlett and Doug Kinard have been promoted to vice president. The promotions expand the senior capabilities across several of the firm’s industry groups.
Mr. White is a director in Harris Williams & Co.’s Energy & Power Group. He has worked on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions for companies providing products and services to a variety of segments within the energy and power industry including industrial and infrastructure services, offshore and onshore oil and gas, electric power transmission and distribution, clean technology and energy efficiency.
Mr. Burnham is a vice president in Harris Williams & Co.’s Energy & Power Group. Mr. Burnham has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors within Energy and Power, including providers of oilfield equipment and services, industrial and infrastructure services, engineering and construction and power generation.
Mr. Hepper is a vice president in Harris Williams & Co’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. During his career, Mr. Hepper has worked on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions across a variety of healthcare segments, including payer and provider services, healthcare information technology, medical and life science devices and products, and healthcare facilities and alternate site care.
Mr. Hewlett is a vice president in Harris Williams & Co.’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. Mr. Hewlett has worked on sell-side mergers and acquisitions assignments for medical device, healthcare management services, pharmaceutical services and consumable medical products companies.
Mr. Kinard is a vice president in Harris Williams & Co.’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group. He has more than a decade of strategic advisory and operational experience in the aerospace, defense and government services industry and extensive transactional expertise in middle market mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings.
