Harris Williams & Co. Promotes Nine Senior Professionals

Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces that it has promoted nine senior professionals from the firm’s London, Minneapolis, Richmond and San Francisco offices. John Arendale, Bob Baltimore and Redvers Norrie have been promoted to managing director. David Kennedy and Eric Reimers have been promoted to director. Corey Benjamin, Brant Cash, Karl Kirkeby and Eric Logue have been promoted to vice president. The promotions expand the senior capabilities across several of the firm’s offices and dedicated industry groups.

Arendale has been promoted to managing director in the firm’s Richmond office. Arendale has advised clients on a variety of assignments, and has worked on acquisition and divestiture transactions across numerous industries including consumer products, business services, industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, packaging and building products.

Baltimore has been promoted to managing director in the firm’s Richmond office. Baltimore has advised clients on a variety of assignments including acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. During his career, he has developed experience in numerous industries including specialty distribution, business services, building products, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, automotive, plastics, packaging, among others.

Norrie has been promoted to managing director in the firm’s London office. Norrie has extensive cross-border private and public M&A and financing experience across Europe, the U.S., and Asia-Pacific, and across a wide range of industries including technology, media and telecom, consumer, industrials and business services.

Kennedy has been promoted to director in the firm’s Richmond office. Kennedy has advised publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of M&A and capital-raising transactions across a range of industries, including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business services, healthcare, building products, packaging and transportation and logistics.

Reimers has been promoted to director in the firm’s San Francisco office. Reimers has advised clients across a variety of industries including software, IT services, industrial products and services, transportation and logistics, and business process outsourcing.

Benjamin has been promoted to vice president in the firm’s Richmond office. Benjamin is a member of the CFA Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Cash has been promoted to vice president in the firm’s Minneapolis office and is a member of Harris Williams & Co.’s Consumer Group.

Kirkeby has been promoted to vice president in the firm’s Richmond office. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co. Kirkeby was an officer in the United States Navy.

Logue has been promoted to vice president in the firm’s London office. Logue joined the firm’s Richmond office in 2008 and is currently located in London helping execute cross border transactions across both the U.S. and Europe.
