Mr. Quealy is a vice president in the Harris Williams Technology Group. He has advised software and technology-enabled services companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors, including finance (fintech), government (govtech), healthcare IT (HCIT), and supply chain and logistics, among others.
Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Quealy was an associate investment director at Cambridge Associates in Boston and San Francisco where he conducted alternative investment research and advised institutional investors on capital commitments and co-investments across technology and healthcare.
Mr. Quealy earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College. Mr. Quealy lives in Boston with his wife.
