Mr. Reinig is a director in the Technology Group at Harris Williams. He has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors within technology including SaaS and application software, data and analytics, and payments, in several verticals including non-profit, education, infrastructure software, and transportation and logistics, among others.
Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Reinig was a vice president at PCG Asset Management, a public pension-focused private equity advisory platform where he led alternative investments from the firm’s San Diego, Boston, and Kuwait City offices. His previous experience also includes working as a structured credit analyst at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Reinig earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Mr. Reinig lives in the Boston area with his wife and three children.
