Mr. Lucas is a managing director in Harris Williams & Co.’s Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. Mr. Lucas joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2002 and has spent his entire career advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities. Mr. Lucas has advised businesses in various segments of the energy and power industry, including utility/power products and services; infrastructure services; and oilfield products, services, and equipment. Prior to focusing on energy, power, and infrastructure, Mr. Lucas developed experience in numerous industries, including industrial manufacturing, business services, and consumer. Mr. Lucas’ experience prior to Harris Williams & Co. includes investment banking with J.P. Morgan and Robinson-Humphrey, as well as private equity with Graham Partners.
Mr. Lucas earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
